the thing submission))) What is a Thing? A meaningless interactive toy...something stupid for you to look at, listen to, and play with. It could be created with Shockwave, plain HTML, Java, MIDI, a combination of those, or anything else, for that matter. Please just try to avoid using obnoxious plug-ins that no one has. The size of the entire piece should be smaller than 100K. If you have a "Thing," and would like for us to look at it and maybe show it in public, you can send its url to "thething@word.com." If you don't have web access, send an attached file through e-mail (please never anything larger than 200K). Word looks forward to seeing your "Thing." |
