I. Summary


In accordance with The Gap Inc. policy, herein follows a 
report on the marketing project, TARGET GEN X, hereinafter 
referred to as "the project."

After substantial research, the project team has identified the following clothing styles as possibly suitable for future The Gap Inc. product lines. The enclosed 11 photographic slides, depicting actual Generation X subjects in their natural habitats, represent the results of the research team's efforts.

The research team hopes that these "fashion dioramas" will assist Gap planners in continuing to produce the best casual wear in the world.
